WGS of Campylobacter jejuni and Campylobacter coli isolates from healthy domestic ruminants in Northern Spain. Campylobacter

As part of a study designed to estimate the prevalence of several food-borne pathogens in apparently healthy domestic ruminant herds (cattle and sheep) in Northern Spain, the genome of 70 Campylobacter (40 C. jejuni and 30 C. coli) isolates was sequenced using Illumina NovaSeq6000. Sequence data will be used for a complete characterization of the isolates (antimicrobial resistance genetic determinants, virulence genes, plasmid replicons, strain typing, phylogeny, etc).
