In each volume the following details are given: voucher number, the date, particulars (reason why the money is required), debit or credit. The total amount of money is brought forward at the beginning of each page. If a particular voucher can be charged to another account, this is noted in the credit column. Receipts for monies paid have been included in the front of each volume. Alterations in estimates have also been included.
