The high-throughput sequencing technology was performed after the treatment of humanliverl cancer cells HUH-7 with Flavokawain C synthesized by ourselves, to explore the expression of genes related to cell proliferation, adhesion, migration and invasion of human liver cancer cells HUH-7 after the treatment of the active compound and to find an interesting target gene. Overall design: Human liver cancer cells HUH-7 were treated with Flavokawain C at the concentration of 10 µM for 48 hours.
