Rhizosphere soil 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing of Fragaria x ananassa cv. Jiandebailu under NaCl stress with silicon and activated carbon treatments

This project profiles rhizosphere bacterial communities associated with octoploid cultivated strawberry (Fragaria x ananassa) cultivar Jiandebailu under 150 mM NaCl stress and exogenous silicon and activated carbon treatments. Rhizosphere soil samples were collected from five treatments (Control, NaCl, NaCl+Si, NaCl+AC, NaCl+Si+AC) with six biological replicates per treatment, and the V3-V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene was sequenced to assess community diversity, composition, and differential taxa.
