Gene expression profiling of cutaneous T cell lymphoma cell lines and primary tumor samples treated with mechlorethamine and romidepsin.

In this study, we demonstrated the synergistic effect of the mechlorethamine-romidepsin combination in cutaneous T cell lymphoma cell lines and CD4+ T cells derived from patients with Sezary Syndrome. We identify the signaling pathways specifically perturbed under treatment with mechlorethamine-romidepsin combination. Overall design: Gene expression profiling by RNA sequencing of cutanieous T cell lymphoma cell lines SeAX, HH, and Hut78 as well as cells isolated from 6 primary tumor samples upon treatment with vehicle control or mechlorethamine and romidepsin individually and in combination.
