Hyperactivation of the IL-17 axis and IL-36 signaling in Card14-mutant pityriasis rubra pilaris model mice

We performed single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to further analyze the differentially expressed genes in each cell type from WT and Card14KI mice. As a result of scRNA-seq, changes in gene expression were large in granular layer cells, cells in the outer roof sheath and fibroblasts. Single cell suspention of whole skin from WT and Card14KI mice were analyzed using scRNAseq.
