Tannery Effluents Metagenome. activated sludge metagenome

This study describes the diversity, richness and composition of the bacterial community associated in the tannery effluent. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study to employ Ion torrent sequencing to characterize the bacterial diversity of CETP among the different stages of treatment. Results of this study reveal the impact of effluent pollution in bacterial diversity for monitoring and improving the treatment.
