Das Verhältnis von Theorie, Forschung und Qualitätsentwicklung in der Integrativen Therapie

Es wird das Forschungsverständnis, das Verhältnis von Theorienbildung (Modell- und Kozeptbildung), empirischer Forschung und Qualitätsentwicklung in der Integrativen Therapie (sensu Petzold et al. ) vor dem Hintergrund ihrer Theorieprojekte, Ausbildungspraxis und Forschungstätigkeit dargestellt und gezeigt: dies alles gehört in ein differentielles und integriertes System der Entwicklung von Psychotherapie als forschungsgestützter Theorie-Praxis-Verschränkung, in der die Elemente „Metatheorie, klinische Theorie, Praxeologie und Praxis“ zusammenwirken. Anhand spezifischer Modellvorstellungen zu den Aufgaben von Forschung, von Forschungs- und Behandlungsethik (informed consent, client welfare, client dignity, best practice), zu einen 14-Punkte-Katalog zu den Leistungen, die Untersuchungen der Psychotherapieforschung erbringen müssen und zu den Verbindungen von Forschung, Theorieentwicklung und Psychotherapieausbildung wird ein Konzept „Praxeologie“ der „Metazirkel der Qualitätsentwicklung als differentielles und integratives Modell der Qualitätssicherung und -förderung durch Psychotherapie- und Ausbildungsevaluation“ vorgestellt, wie er an der EAG, dem Ausbildungs- und Forschungsinstitut für Integrative Therapie umgesetzt wird. The concept of research, the relation of theory forming (concept and model building), empirical studies and quality development in Integrative Therapy (sensu Petzold et al.) is presented on the background of its theory projects, practice of training, research activities. It is shown: all this belongs to a differential and integrative system for the development of psychotherapy as a research supported merger of theory and practice, in which the elements „metatheory, clinical theory, praxeology, and practice“ are comming together. Refering to specific models that have been developed to concretize the tasks of research, research and treatment ethics a 14-items-catalogue ist formulated to list the tasks and questions, a psychotherapy research project has to elucidate and to document. The interconnectedness of empirical research, theory forming und psychotherapy training is demonstrated in a model of „praxeology“ and a „metacycle of quality development as a differential and integrative model of quality attainment and fostering through psychotherapy and training evaluation“.
