Clematis is an excellent vertical greening plant of garden viewing vine, which has great ornamental value and high medicinal value. In order to understand the genetic basis of Clematis calyx color variation and its secondary metabolic process. In this study,we uses nine samples of the calyx of Henryi, Polish spirit, and Mme Julia Correvon from the Clematis varieties as materials, and uses single-molecule real-time sequencing technology to perform full-length transcriptome sequencing.
