Gene expression profile of cancer cell lines of different origin. Homo sapiens

Gene expression profile of cancer cell lines of breast, lung, pancreatic, gasctric, ovarian, hepatocellular, prostate carcinomas and melanomas. Overall design: Cells were harvested after 24h of seeding. RNA isolation was performed usign Qiagen RNeasy kit. Hybridisation was performed using Affymetrix protocols. No replicate measurements were performed.
