The code list was generated by searching for all descendants of the SNOMED code 396331005 (Celiac disease) plus all ICD10 or ICD10CM codes mapping to those SNOMED descendants. String matching was also performed to supplement the code list looking for the string "celiac" in the condition domain and excluding the terms "family history", "artery", "arteries", "axis", "plexus", "non-celiac", "lymph", "gangli", "branch", "mesenteric", "screening", "review", "shunt", "monitoring", "angio", "education", "aneurysm".
