Microbiome analysis of Hyalomma anatolicum ticks of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh and Balochistan province of Pakistan

Hyalomma anatolicum ticks from bovine population of four provinces of Pakistan (Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh and Balochistan ) were collected to analyze the tick microbiome profile of these regions. all these provinces have their unique climate and topography which could reflect changes in tick microbiome profile. 18 ticks from each province were collected and grouped into 3 samples (n=6 ticks in each sample). Each sample file is representative of 6 ticks and each province has 3 samples to its name.
