Genome-wide mapping of human SMYD3 and H3K4me3 in the HN-6 (control) and 5-3 (SMYD3 KO) HPV-negative head and neck squamous cell carcinoma cell line.

We used CUT&RUN to evaluate the genome-wide mapping of human SMYD3 and H3K4me3 in HN-6 and 5-3 (SMYD3 KO) cells. HN-6 and 5-3 cell lines were cultured in-vitro in three separate 10cm dishes per condition and were collected at ~80% confluence. 500,000 cells from each of the plates were obtained and processed per EpiCypher's CUT&RUN assay protocol.
