The role of CMTM4 in hepatocellular carcinoma

Dysregulation of CMTM4 has been observed in serveral cancers. Recent studies have showed that CMTM4 plays a key role in immune checkpoint therapy in tumors. To obtain a detailed view of genes and related pathways regulated by CMTM4 in the liver cancer, we used RNA-seq in liver Hep 3B cells with CMTM4 knockdown. The expression of CMTM4 was knocked down by lentiviral-mediated short-hairpin RNAs (shRNAs). The array analysis was performed in Hep 3B cells with CMTM4 knockdown (n=3) and Hep 3B cells transfected with the control virus (n=3).
