Two macrofloral samples were collected from a single hearth in Dinosaur
National Monument. This site is located in a rockshelter, and appears to
represent a single occupation of Fremont people. A radiocarbon age of 1410
± 80 BP was returned for this hearth. Analysis of macrofloral remains was
aimed at identifying any subsistence activities associated with this hearth.
