Dataset of 216,740 catch-level records (19 variables) collected at 35 BMUs across Kenya between 1995–2016. Records include fishing effort, gear type, species group, catch volumes, and price. Data have been harmonized and standardized across years, with quality checks (logic rules and robust outlier detection). The processed dataset supports the calculation of indicators such as CPUE, CPUA, Effort, RPUE, and RPUA, making it a structured historical baseline for small-scale fisheries in Kenya.
