资源简介:
The aim of this project wasto evaluate the possible contribution of biostimulation products to the adaptation of soybean crops to new territories (with specific soil and climate conditions). In the current context, where one of the major challenges facing agriculture is to reduce inputs and secure yields, it is important to find alternative solutions in order to achieve these objectives. The use of biostimulants has thus emerged as a relevant alternative to chemical inputs to support plant productivity. Numerous studies have been carried out to assess the beneficial effects of biostimulants on plant development and stress tolerance. In addition to a direct effect on plant physiology, biostimulants can also act on plant-associated microbial communities, by selecting and stimulating targeted beneficial populations. It is therefore important to be able to determine the impact of deploying this type of product on soil functioning, and in particular on the establishment of plant-microorganism interactions. This study was so set out to evaluate the modifications induced by the deployment of a specifi biostimulant products on the microbiome associated with the rhizophere of soybean (abundance, composition, structure and functions). The aim was to gain a better understanding of the mode of action of the biostimulants tested, via the promotion of microbial processes.
