To assist annotation of genes, ten tissues including skin, muscle, liver, kidney, brain, intestine, fat, spleen, heart and gill were collected. The total RNA of ten tissues were mixed with equal amounts to generate a mixed RNA pool. The library quality and quantity were measured using Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer (Agilent Technologies). Finally, the library was sequenced using Illumina Hiseq 2000 platform with PE150 approach.
