Mapping Suitable Great Ape habitat in and around the Lobéké National Park, South-East Cameroon

The data contains great apes
(chimpanzee and gorilla) occurrence points (csv file) from the Lobeke National
Park and its surrounding forest management units. The data were prepared using
detailed survey data obtainable from the IUCN APES database (http://apes.eva.mpg.de/).
However, the raw data has been added to the folder: detail_survey_data. In
addition to the survey data, GIS layers (predictor variables) used for modeling
the occurrence data have been equally attached as Tiff files and Ascii grid
files (.asc). The Tiff, ascii and csv files are in the folder:
