资源简介:
This project investigates the effects of different carrier formulations on rhizosphere microbial communities in cucumber (Cucumis sativus) grown under greenhouse conditions. Bioformulations containing Bacillus amyloliquefaciens KACC17029 and salicylic acid were applied as liquid suspension, alginate beads, or perlite and alginate hybrid beads, alongside a non-inoculated control. Rhizosphere soil samples were collected at multiple time points to evaluate microbial persistence, community structure, and diversity. Bacterial community profiles were determined through high-throughput amplicon sequencing targeting the 16S rRNA (V3,V4) . Data were integrated with droplet digital PCR (ddPCR)-based quantification to generate absolute abundance estimates via quantitative microbiome profiling (QMP). The dataset provides insights into how carrier type influences PGPR survival, plant growth promotion, and rhizosphere microbiome dynamics.
