This data layer shows Florida Housing Finance Corporation’s annual published dataset of developments funded over the previous three years, known as the FHFC Development Proximity List. Florida Housing annually publishes a dataset of developments funded over the previous three years, known as the FHFC Development Proximity List. This list is used in conjunction with mandatory distance requirements to prevent the over concentration of recently funded properties, thus assisting newer properties to lease up and stabilize.
