This project presents the whole genome sequencing data of six clinical Mycobacterium tuberculosisisolates collected from Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, China. All isolates exhibit a drug-resistant phenotype. The objective of this study is to characterize the genetic determinants of drug resistance and understand the genomic epidemiology of circulating strains in this region. Genomic DNA was sequenced using Illumina technology, and variants were called for analysis. The dataset provided here will contribute to the surveillance of drug-resistant tuberculosis and facilitate the identification of resistance-conferring mutations in this population.
