Long-term changes of Strinati's cave salamanders: dataset and analyses

The dataset "Sstrinatii_dataset.Rdata" includes the detection/non-detection of Strinati's cave salamanders (<i>Speleomantes strinatii</i>) for historical and recent surveys, toghether with values of habitat (natural vegetation cover) around the monitored caves.The file "Sstrinati_occupancy_models.R" is the script used to run the analyses and includes the three types of occupancy models used to assess population trends and potential drivers, that are presented in the manuscript.If you use this code, please cite it as: "Ficetola G.
