The aim of this study was to compare the ecotoxicological impact of a natural beta-triketone (leptospermone) and of a synthetic one (sulcotrione) on soil bacterial diversity. Soil microcosms were treated or not with 1- or 10-time recommended dose of one of these beta-triketones. The impact of the treatment was then assessed after 8 and 45 days by 16S rDNA pyrosequencing.
