Additional file 3: Data S1. This file lists differentially expressed transcripts between carriers and noncarriers of the 16p12.1 deletion, using both the main analysis and relatedness correction methods. It also includes enrichment of differentially expressed genes for Gene Ontology terms, candidate neurodevelopmental-associated genes, and genes preferentially expressed in GTEx and BrainSpan datasets.
