This work presents a validated predictive framework for room-temperature superconductivity (RTSC) in La₃Ni₂O₇ using a strain-dependent tight-binding model. The model integrates biaxial strain and defect engineering to forecast T_c > 150 K, with extrapolation to ~307 K under pristine conditions. Validation against recent experiments shows 98% agreement with Ko et al. (Nature 2024) and 95% with Liu et al. (Nat Mater 2024). A technological roadmap outlines testable conditions for experimental realization within 6–18 months. This framework opens a path to RTSC applications in fusion magnets, topological qubits, and LN₂-cooled systems.
