Visioning Session Committee Process

HCS will report on convening a neighborhood based committee of community members and the support and contributions provided by the committee to scale up green infrastructure projects. The data inputs are the process used to establish and convene the committee, the results of the work that the committee undertakes, the committee's contribution to the process, as well as lessons learned. The data is collected through points of interaction such as events and meetings the committee members attend, a research trip to the Netherlands, and a series of mini convenings of the broader community. Feedback is collected from the committee members throughout the process as well as feedback from the grant administrative team/CBO leaders who are the leaders of the committee for their own neighborhoods.
