Accompanying data to the publication: Genetic differentiation of the G6/7 cluster of Echinococcus canadensis based on mitochondrial marker genes

This data include the raw unprocessed results of genetic diversity, neutrality and population differentiation analysis run on DnaSP and Arlequin. The processed form the data were used for the publication "Genetic differentiation of the G6/7 cluster of Echinococcus canadensis based on mitochondrial marker genes." The supplementary table that describes the origin of the 296 Echinococcus canadensis isolates investigated were also included here.
