Thin Film transistors are starting to become a promising material for flexible electronics as they are bendable. However, current TFT industry does not have efficient p-type transistors, and the utilization of NMOS logic leads to severe static energy consumption. Replacing NMOs logic with adiabatic logic which is pure-NMOS can be a promising solution, and the number of transistors can be reduced to a reasonable value with correct phase management.
