1、数据采集:从不同的产品设计文档中提取所有的国产化电磁继电器的参数构成原始电磁继电器数据集;获取客户需求,从需求中提取整机的产品要求和装配条件,产品要求包括:产品系列、主称代号、外形符号和防护特征符号,装配条件包括:尺寸、触点形式、环境温度、触点负载、寿命次数等内容;
2、数据处理:根据产品要求确定产品型号,根据整机需求的装配条件和产品型号,对原始电磁继电器数据集进行分类,提供分类的条件参数为:产品型号、尺寸、触点形式、环境温度、触点负载、寿命次数;根据条件参数可获得产品型号的具体参数,包括应用说明、环境条件、注意事项、使用与安装说明、质量等级与分类等具体信息,具体信息中包括电流变换等技术特征参数。
3、数据应用:对大量电磁继电器国产化提供层级筛选功能,便于研发设计和销售时,选择与装备整机匹配的国产化电磁继电器,实现从基本参数到详细参数的选择。

Data Collection: Extract all parameters of domestically localized electromagnetic relays from various product design documents to form the original electromagnetic relay dataset; obtain customer requirements, and extract the product requirements and assembly conditions for the complete end product from the requirements, where the product requirements include product series, designation code, outline symbol, and protection feature symbol, and the assembly conditions include dimensions, contact type, ambient temperature, contact load, life cycles, and other relevant contents. 2. Data Processing: Determine the product model based on the extracted product requirements, then classify the original electromagnetic relay dataset according to the assembly conditions and product model derived from the end product requirements. The classification condition parameters include product model, dimensions, contact type, ambient temperature, contact load, and life cycles. Specific parameters of the product model can be obtained via these condition parameters, including application instructions, environmental conditions, precautions, usage and installation instructions, quality grades and classifications, as well as technical characteristic parameters such as current conversion. 3. Data Application: Provide hierarchical filtering functions for a large number of domestically localized electromagnetic relays, facilitating the selection of localized electromagnetic relays matching the end product equipment during R&D, design and sales, enabling selection from basic parameters to detailed parameters.
