Analysis of water and sediment samples collected during the R/V Endeavor cruise EN509 in the Gulf of Mexico, May 26 - June 19, 2012, at cold-seep and control sites. Measurements include the concentration of dissolved nutrients, dissolved organics, cations, anions and dissolved gases aquired from 35 CTD casts and 17 multiple corer drops are included.
