Study to support an Impact Assessment on enhancing the use of data in Europe – Data Act

This study provided input to the impact assessment accompanying the proposal for a Regulation on harmonised rules on fair access to and use of data (Data Act, adopted on 23 February 2022). The study was divided into four tasks, for each of which the contractor explored the state of play in Europe and determined the impact of a number of possible policy options.
