Gene expression profiling in IBD rat treat with MSC transplantation

Investigation of whole genome gene expression level changes in Inflammatory bowel disease rats after MSC transplantation, compared to IBD control rats, and to explore the mechanism of MSC transplantation.本数据集旨在探究炎症性肠病（Inflammatory Bowel Disease, IBD）模型大鼠接受间充质干细胞（Mesenchymal Stem Cell, MSC）移植后的全基因组基因表达水平变化，并以IBD对照组大鼠作为参照进行对比分析，同时揭示MSC移植的作用机制。
