Single cell cortical bone transcriptomics from Sost-Cre enriched cell population. Long bone pieces were digested and the Sost-cre cell population was enriched to obtain osteoblast and osteocytes.本数据集为源自Sost-Cre富集细胞群的单细胞皮质骨转录组学数据。实验过程中，研究人员首先对长骨组织块进行酶解消化，随后通过富集操作获得Sost-Cre细胞群，最终分离得到成骨细胞与骨细胞。
