Sliding window data of genomic coverage of individuals of five Pristionchus species

Tab-separated tables for sliding window data of genomic coverage of five Pristionchus species. The sequence read coverage depth of all nucleotide were counted in each non-overlapped 100kb sliding window. For each species, the filenames contain the individual identifier as "HXX", "FXX" or "MXX", where "XX" is two-digit number. "H", "F" and "M" means hermaphrodite, female and male, respectively. Species name abbreviation: Pent, P. entomophagus; Pexs, P. exspectatus; Pfis, P. fissidentatus; Pmay, P. mayeri; Ppac, P. pacificus.
