EVALUATING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF DEFENSIVE AND OFFENSIVE TECHNICAL-TACTICAL ACTIONS OF FEMALE HANDBALL PLAYERS IN COMPETITIVE ACTIVITY

This article addresses the issues of evaluating the effectiveness of defensive technical-tactical actions of female handball players in competitive activity. The study analyzed athletes' individual, group, and team defensive actions and the factors affecting their level of effectiveness. Results obtained through scientific literature review, pedagogical observation, and video analysis demonstrated that athletes' physical fitness, technical skill, and level of tactical thinking are the key factors determining defensive effectiveness. Furthermore, the necessity of optimizing training sessions during the competitive period and utilizing modern analytical tools was substantiated. The research findings are of significant practical importance for coaches and sports specialists.
