t-rem -> contains input for gas-phase tests
st-hrem ->  contains input for solvated APA with solute tempering
lam-hop ->  contains input for solvated APA with lambda-hopping
bin -> scripts for REM analysis 
lib -> APA starting conf and potential parameters for the runs
