Codebook.xlsxView in: ExcelCodebook that maps participants’ app placements onto identified strategiesThere are two lists for each participant - «participants’ number_30» and «participants’ number_N». «Participants’ number_30» is related to app placements when the participant arranged 30 apps and «participants’ number_N» is related to arrangement of desired number of apps. Lists are orders in which the participant arranged the apps sets, e.g., participant 1 arranged desired number of apps first and then he arranged all 30 apps.For each participant list contains:Column «App» - App number. Column «App Name» - Name of the arranged appColumn «Placement» - Placement and icon size of the app in Russian.Column «Quote» / «Reason» - Participant quotes about placement. For participants 8, 13, 15, 16, 19, 22 instead of direct quote there are interviewer notes with the quotes made during the arrangement in Russian. Column «Final strategy» - Strategy used for the app placement in Russian. English names of the strategies and descriptions can be found in the file «Classification of strategies», Column E, F. Additional: Some participants changed their mind about placement through the study, in that case their list also has columns «New Placement» and «Quote» if there is one.
