Here is the title and a brief description for the data: (Figure 1 is a schematic diagram, so we didn't display the original data here.) Sheet 1: Fig. 2a Description: The raw thermal entropy data shown in Fig. 2a. Sheet 2: Fig. 2b Description: The raw data of specific heat C/T for different field h. Sheet 3: Fig. 2c(aef) Description: The raw data of Grueneisen ratio Gamma_h for different temperature T. The crossover lines and peak/dip positions in Fig. 2a are obtained from the original data here. The peak values of Gamma_h shown in Fig. 2ef are also obtained from the original Gamma_h data here. The raw data of the data collapse shown in Fig. 2f is the Gamma_h data here. Sheet 4: Fig. 2d Description: The raw data of spin-lattice relaxation rate S1(0) for different temperatrue T. Sheet 5: Fig. 3a(b) Description: The raw data of the hyperscaling function psi(x,y). (Fig. 3b is a schematic diagram and we will attach the Matlab script directly, namely "Fig3_3D.m") Sheet 6: Fig. 4a Description: The raw data of the cooling curves starting from 1.8K and 1.3K, respectively (in Fig. 4a). Sheet 7: Fig. 4b Description: The maximums of Gamma of different materials for different temperature T. The experimental Gamma data of Cs2CuCl4 and CuP are from previous papers Int. J. Mod. Phys. B 28, 1430017 (2014) and Sci. Adv. 3, eaao3773 (2017), respectively. Sheet 8: Fig. 5a Description: The raw thermal entropy data shown in Fig. 5a.
