A device for plasticizing sawn timber， especially beech， characterized by the fact that it has a plasticizing unit (2)， which is in the form of a calender consisting of an inner rim supported and permanently connected on supports that are permanently connected to a rotating shaft， and an outer rim separated by spacers， the outer rim has a perforated surface and the rotating shaft is mounted on both sides on bearings (3)， and in the vicinity of the axis of the rotating shaft， it has a vibrator， in the lower part of the plasticizing unit (2)， a nozzle is placed between the hoops， and in the vicinity of the outer rim， it has a distributor with discharged burners (4) mounted on the support poles (5).
