资源简介:

This research paper, authored by MD. Mohiminul Islam Shead of Shead Green Mobility and Renewable Technology (SMRT), introduces the Quantum Growth Model (QGM), a comprehensive framework for national development. Published on June 19, 2025, the document presents the QGM as a tool to overcome the limitations of conventional economic models by treating national development as a Complex Adaptive System. The model is built on four pillars: "Path Dependency," which formalizes historical inertia; "Shead's Effect," a psychological theory on how perceived deprivation affects human capital; the "Gambler's Gambit," representing high-risk state interventions to break deadlocks; and the "Kantian Imperative," an ethical filter for development strategies. A key innovation is the integration of a Linear Programming (LP) optimization layer to mathematically guide policy selection, aiming to maximize a weighted developmental score while adhering to ethical constraints derived from Kantian principles. The paper validates the model through historical case studies of South Korea, Singapore, and China, analyzing their development strategies through the QGM lens and a Kantian ethical critique. Ultimately, the QGM-LP framework is proposed as a data-driven, actionable tool for policymakers, with a simulated application for Bangladesh offered as an example of its practical use.
