This study investigates the impact of soybean peroxidase (SBP) application on microbial community composition during the composting process. Composting experiments were conducted with and without SBP treatment to assess its role in reducing odor and greenhouse gas emissions. Environmental DNA was extracted at various composting stages, and 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing was performed to analyze shifts in bacterial diversity and community structure. The results aim to clarify how SBP influences microbial ecology and supports sustainable composting practices.
