Lymphoid cancers characteristically harbor genomic aberrations that frequently show signs of having originated through a variety of errors in RAG1/2 enzyme-mediated V(D)J recombination. Here, we have performed whole genome and transcriptome sequencing of tumors originating from mice lacking RAG1/2 activity (Rag2 knock out, Rag2-/- p53-/-) or expressing wild type RAG1/2 (p53-/-).
