MD simulation trajectories of model internal mitochondrial membrane (IMM) consisted of 45% PC (18:0, 20:4),SAPC, 35% PE (16:0, 18:1), POPE, and 20% CL (18:2), TLCL conducted in NPT ensemble at 310K in CHARMM36 force field using GROMACS v.2023+. Pre-equilibration trajectory of 1000 ns was taken as initial states (from timesteps 300, 700, 1000 ns) for three deposited 1-us replicas. Writting frequency is 20 ps.
