在全州不动产登记信息基础管理平台的基础上，打造全州不动产转移登记以及抵押登记延伸服务创新机制，实现登记财产“全州通办”，做到“异地可办、就近可办、多点可办”；并进一步推进线上线下地籍可视化查询服务一体化，通过应用进一步完善和提升平台功能，提高信息共享能力，把握登记服务质量和效率。

Based on the basic management platform for real estate registration information across the entire prefecture, an innovative extended service mechanism for real estate transfer registration and mortgage registration at the prefecture level is developed, which realizes "prefecture-wide one-stop handling" for property registration and enables services to be processed across different locations, nearby service outlets and multiple service points. Furthermore, the integration of online and offline visual cadastral inquiry services is advanced, with platform functions further optimized and upgraded via targeted applications, information sharing capabilities enhanced, and the quality and efficiency of registration services ensured.
