A bottom-mounted, upward-looking, 150 kHz RD Instruments Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP) was configured with a bin size of 8 m and a blanking distance of 3.52 m, and deployed at location M1 (46.775°S; 37.902°E), on the shelf between Marion Island and Prince Edward Island.
