VPRS 15042 Index of Files and Government Gazette Notices, Alexandra Land Office

This series contains alphabetical sections. In each section are the names of persons with a land file number. It may be supposed that these were persons and files relating to the business of the Alexandra Land Office. Also in each section are pasted copies of notices from the Government Gazette relating particularly to Crown reserves in the region (eg Fraser National Park). These notices had to do mainly with the appointment of committees of management and the promulgation of regulations made for the management of these reserves.VPRS 15042 / P1 was previously registered as Unit 9 of VPRS 449 / P Miscellaneous Registers.
