DIGITAL AND METHODOLOGICAL MANAGEMENT OF TRAINING FOR YOUTH MIDDLE- AND LONG-DISTANCE RUNNING PREPARATION

This study examines contemporary approaches to the organization and methodological regulation of the training process in the preparation of young middle- and long-distance runners, with particular emphasis on the development of endurance capacities and functional performance characteristics. The research focuses on the integration of digital technologies into the management of athletic training, aimed at enhancing the efficiency and scientific validity of the preparation process.
