Generation of ACE2 knockout human iPSCs and their differentiation into airway and alveolar epithelial cells in air-liquid interface culture. Homo sapiens strain:human SFTPC-GFP 201B7 iPSC reporter line (B2-3)

Two ACE2 knockout induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) lines were established from the human SFTPC-GFP 201B7 iPSC reporter line (B2-3). Each cell line as well as its parental one (B2-3) was differentiated into lung progenitor cells. After magnetic-activated cell sorting, Carboxypeptidase M(CPM)-positive cells were differentiated into airway or alveolar epithelial cells in air-liquid interface culture, respectively.
