Chromatin accessibility by ATAC in wild type versus knockout GC B cells

Using ATAC-seq, we identified differential chromatin accessibility comparing LSD1 wild type versus knockout GC B cells. Overall design: To understand how loss of Lsd1 alters chromatin accessibility in GC B cells, we performed ATAC-seq in sorted viable GC B splenocytes (GL7+Fas+B220+) from Lsd1fl/fl (n=2) or C?1-Cre;Lsd1fl/fl mice (n=3) ten days after immunization with SRBC.
